WOW WOW WOW. Listen, if you are looking for an agent who knows her stuff, is extremely well connected, and who will stop at nothing to go above and beyond for her clients, there is nobody out there who can come anywhere close to Lois Stone. I rarely post reviews, bc frankly I don’t have time. However, Lois literally saved my butt. Found us the home we undoubtedly needed and loved, and ensured that she explained every single detail to me, and ensured that I was protected from potentials issues down the line. Her follow up is unparalleled. The woman never gives up!! I love and adore her for it!!! Truly!!! Thank you so much for all you do! I literally cannot say enough! Xx
I have had the privilege of working with Lois on a few transactions in the last couple of years and I wish I had know her YEARS ago! Not only is she knowledgeable, and trustworthy, she is a constant cheerleader, with a can-do attitude! Lois has the ability to encourage, listen, and support her clients in a way that makes you feel like you're the ONLY client she has! Her years of expertise, her contacts, and her experience far surpass any other agent that I have ever worked with. The best part of all of this is that I now have a trusted friend for life.
My experience with Lois Stone and her partner on the sale of 5560 Ruthwood Dr. in Calabasas was, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional encounters I've had in my entire real estate career. As a fellow agent, I feel a professional duty to warn others. This was a probate sale requiring court confirmation. From the very beginning, Lois and her team were completely obstructive. They ignored numerous calls, texts, and emails, and did everything in their power to prevent my client from viewing the property. When they did respond, it was with bizarre and baseless accusations. It was clear they were attempting to sideline legitimate buyers to push their own "pocket" buyer and double-end the deal. Despite their efforts, my buyer won in the court bidding process. The unprofessionalism, however, continued into escrow, with constant difficulties in scheduling necessary inspections. To top it all off, they had the audacity to falsely list on the MLS that they were representing MY buyer. This is not only unethical but a serious violation of professional standards. This behavior goes beyond poor communication; it's a calculated pattern of unethical and sketchy conduct. I would strongly advise any client or agent to steer clear. See text messages attached.
