We also appreciated that they’re local to Riverside and are thoroughly familiar with the area. We signed a short term agreement with them and bought the 2nd house we saw. They had a rough idea of what we were looking for and gave us tailored recommendations. We appreciated their practicality and no-nonsense approach. They were patient and understanding with our countless questions and made the entire experience less stressful for us. We rented for about a decade so this was a huge deal for us and we’re eternally grateful to the Perrone team.
