Our family hired Jeanette/Jats Properties to sell our home in El Sereno and help us purchase a new one. However, once we told Jeanette that this was the home we wanted and that we hoped to make it work, she went to bat for us every step of the way. Despite the obstacles, she persevered and ultimately helped us secure the home that was right for our family. Our experience with Jeanette and her team was overwhelmingly positive. She treats her clients like family, provides thoughtful guidance, and genuinely advocates for their best interests. Julio was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He worked closely alongside Jeanette and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Whenever we had questions or needed to discuss something, we always felt supported and knew we could count on them. A total recommend! My father recently passed away and my sister and I were not in agreement on the house that I have lived in for the last 15 yrs caring for my father. I have never faced a situation like this and didnt know what to do. I found Julio and everything changed. He was so personable and empathetic to my situation. He started offering support and direction immediately. He is a local and has a great understanding of the area. Within just 2 days he arranged a appraisaser, Andrew Moon, also excellent, to meet at my house and at least get a proper value on the property. Jeanet and Julio both came over as well. Jeanet Salazar and her team were AMAZING they did a phenomenal job on selling my mom’s home who recently passed away. She was an absolute professional in all areas and provided an extremely high level of service. They truly made a challenging process and situation feel smooth and expertly guided us. They went above and beyond, making the process smooth and stress free as they handled all the difficult task that my wife and I couldn’t as we live out of state.
