Nightmare of an experience with this office. After reading some reviews below we had a similar experience with the agent involved lacking the client’s best interest and breaking the code of ethics. This office represented our buyers agent and they have been difficult to work with leading to the downfall of our sale. Steer clear as our experience was not positive, seems like they have had several broker changes in the last few years. Responding to below: you’re right THANKFULLY I was not represented by your brokerage. I would not wish that on anyone I know nor recommend this brokerage. The agent should consider herself lucky I did not go to the lengths I have wanted to, to expose the entire experience we had doing a transaction with her nor have I stated her name. The cancellation reason was not the reason escrow fell through which is false information on your agent’s part. She played games for days after she knew her client could not afford our home and was dishonest as to the reason they cancelled. It was not due to appraisal it was due to the loan falling out of underwriting, which with a good lender should not happen. She wasted all who were involved’s time and her client’s money on appraisal and inspection. Shame on her. Keller Williams Riverside is just as bad for backing up this poor ethical behavior. Not to mention pouting and complaining over my “nasty” review.

Christian Marquez our realtor was amazing ! He showed me lots of homes, gave me great advice on what to look for and what to avoid. Literally drove over 2 hours (1 way, total 4 hours) to show me some homes on two different occasions. He ensured that the builders and sellers didn’t take advantage of me. When we finally decided on the home, he ensured that all of our needs were met before closing. Literally went above and beyond to ensure we got the best opportunity as well as ensured we didn’t have to waste financially.
