I’ve heard great things about Jesus, I been attempting to get in contact with him by calling the number he currently has in google. And every time I call the line just rings and no one picks up. I called a few months ago and never received a phone call back.

I would give zero stars if I could. This realtor has been incredibly unprofessional. He failed to disclose important information about a property, including potential issues with the county and tenants. He also neglected to inform the buyer that the property had a county contract involving rent increases, which impacted the sale. It seems like his primary concern was receiving the payment quickly. Once the buyer raised concerns, he stopped responding to calls, including from the office. Additionally, he showed properties to potential buyers who hadn’t been approved yet, which is against standard procedure. There were also instances where he made false claims about other agents coming to view a property, but they never showed up. His behavior was misleading and frustrating throughout the process. I would definitely want to avoid all that and go with someone else!!

I hope It was only with me, but this realtor had the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I applied for credit to buy a house through them but they kept missing my data. they were unable to find me a house so they only got me a rental house they owned which since I was desperate I accepted it. This house was lacking an A/C unit, Jesus said they would be installing it shortly, this was in october, they finally installed it on May the following year not after begging them to install it. the house was filled with scorpions everywhere, dead and alive, I notified them but they did not seem to worry. a couple of weeks later the drain was clogged and I called them, they said they would be sending a company to fix it, they never did, after three days I called the plumber myself, the plumber report said that the pipes had been plugged out for a long time. My wife was getting desperate to move from the house so I requested Jesus to help me increase my credit line, guess what, he never did and lost my application again. I finally decided to ditch them and looked up online another realtor, I went for the firts one I found and turned out to be great. they got me a better credit line and a beautiful house. But the nightmare still has not stopped. Jesus has refused to give me my safety deposit. I have gone to his office in Indio 4 times now, I have called him to no avail. Jesus seemed very nice when I met him but I think he never took me seriously, I talked to him several times and he or any of his assistants even remembered my name. Jesus never picked up the phone exept once, to say that he could not hear me. like I said, I am sure there are many people who had good experiences with this man, but unfortunately my exprecience has been and still is the worst service ever provided to me. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to express my never ending frustrations. I hope he reads this review in order to improve his costumer skills and in the future treat all people with true respect for his own good and his costumers good. good bye.
