He has managed and then sold several properties for us over 10 years with competency, excellence, integrity, and clear and responsive communication. He and his team have brought us high quality renters; provided monthly financial reports; oversight of all necessary maintenance; and coordinated remodeling repairs before home sales. As absentee landlords his management of our properties has been invaluable.

I’ve honestly had a great experience with this property management team. They’ve been easy to get ahold of whenever I’ve needed something, and they actually follow through, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. Any time I’ve had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of pretty quickly without a lot of back and forth. They just make things simple and stress-free. You can tell they stay on top of things and care about keeping the place in good shape. It’s been a smooth experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, reliable property management company.

Labrada and Mariana Landin are the worse, they gave false promises and are unethical. What was promised upfront was later denied or changed, with no accountability. Sent us to collections after we made a settlement agreement. I wouldn’t trust this business or her to operate in good faith. Worse business and person to deal with!
