Kevin D.

We had an excellent experience working with Sean Drumm to help us find and purchase our home. He was incredibly patient, never pushy, and always gave us honest, knowledgeable guidance. What stood out most was his expertise. He knows the local area inside and out and has a great understanding of how homes are built. During showings, he pointed out potential issues we would have missed, which helped us feel confident in our decisions. He was also extremely helpful during negotiations and always had our best interests in mind. On top of that, he was very responsive and flexible, making himself available whenever we needed him. We’re so grateful for his help in finding our home and would highly recommend him!

Kevin Drumm and family were beyond amazing in the process of seraching for our new home. Kevin listened to what we wanted and was able to offer support and guidance throughout the entire experience. We were able to find the most amazing and perfect for us house! Working with someone so knowledgable and understanding made the stress of house hunting/buying much more tolerable. If you are looking to buy/sell, I recommend Kevin and crew tenfold!

The Drumm family were amazing to work with, from start to finish everything was handled so smoothly. We are an older couple moving out of state and Kevin’s sensitivity to our needs was utmost. I highly recommend them and I would say they should be your first choice! Kevin got us everything that was on our list. We were so blessed to have them represent us. Thank you Drumm family we appreciate all you have done for us!
