Andrea B.

We cannot recommend Andrea, JJ and the entire team highly enough. Selling our home was not straightforward. It was a unique property with its own set of challenges, yet they handled every step of the process with professionalism, expertise and determination. From start to finish, Andrea and JJ went above and beyond for us. They were proactive, communicative, strategic and completely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. No detail was too small, no challenge was too big, and throughout the process we always felt supported and informed. What impressed us most was their willingness to do whatever it took. They consistently exceeded our expectations, providing true five-star service every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work, dedication and guidance, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Andrea, JJ, Rosie and the whole team at Ballesteros Real Estate Group were amazing. Far more than just managing a house sale, they are truly committed to being the best partners in every aspect. No detail is too small for them and their care and attention is unparalleled. They care deeply about what is right for their clients and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Andrea is a superstar. I appreciate her straightforward and honest approach to business. I met her at an open house. Within minutes, her direct communication style and deep knowledge of Laguna Beach were clear, and we hired her. Over 4 months, she sorted through our complicated preferences. We never felt rushed to purchase a home; she wanted us to find the right home. When it came time to make an offer, she understood the market and efficiently guided us. She was available to answer any questions, big or small, once escrow opened and inspections began. She is practical about home repairs and changes, providing insight into what would be a challenge to improve given the unique requirements of Laguna. Andrea put our needs first. She is an organized, smart, hard-working businesswoman and she is in it for the long game. We would definitely use her again for any home purchase.
