I will start by saying that Christian will not just let you “settle” on a home. He Will not rest until he has found you the exact, perfect home for you.as he did for my family. My wife and I recently relocated to the area from Chicago (He is certified with relo companies BTW). Although we were somewhat familiar with the area as we previously lived here, things have changed since we last lived in SoCal and COVID-19 presented additional challenges. We are very selective and Christian helped us pinpoint the right neighborhood- the only problem was that there were ZERO homes for sale. That did not stop Christian. He worked VERY hard and we ended up with our absolute dream home without it even hitting the market. He knows the ins and outs of the business, he is dynamic & responsive, and also very creative - All qualities that help get you the best value wether you are buying or selling (I speak from experience using Christian for both on separate occasions). Lastly, Christian has your best interest at heart. He will steer you away from a deal which may be more lucrative to him if it is not the perfect home for you. We cannot thank Christian enough!!!
