Justin made it happen! We were feeling defeated after working with a different realtor who wasn't working for us. My wife gave one call to Justin and he basically held our hands and led us into our dream home. He was extremely responsive and available, very knowledgeable and up-front. He listened to our wants and needs, gave his professional opinions and insights, and literally said "I'll make it happen" to the kind of house and neighborhood we wanted (and he did). My wife called him while I was traveling for work. When I returned that Saturday, he was showing us houses. He helped us craft the right offer on a house we loved and it was accepted. A couple weeks later, we fell out of escrow due to a low appraisal, but Justin did everything he could from challenging it to trying to negotiate with the sellers. We were so disappointed, but the same day we decided to walk away, Justin went out on his own to a newly-listed home in the same neighborhood (a bigger and well-maintained home). He sent us a walk-through video with comments on everything he noticed (positives and negatives), and we knew it was the perfect house for our family! He helped us craft the most competitive offer that we were comfortable with and got it accepted the next day.
