I don't know why it has taken me so long to write a review - my husband and I have rented a property from Haskell Real Estate for the past 3 years and have had a wonderful experience! They have been great to work with, always super responsive and easy to work with whenever we have had to report issues with the property over the years. Our initial onboarding experience was great as well, overall I recommend renting through Haskell if you are searching for a new rental! Thank you Josh, Stephanie and team!

*BEWARE* This place seemed so professional and the people were so friendly when taking our money. Our rental flooded due to a prior issue that was never fixed, instead they Mickey-Moused the repair until it created a disaster situation. We were kicked out in November and were told repairs would be made within 2-3 months MAX. Our lease is now up and this company is trying to return only $300 of our $1,600 deposit. Josh and Sierra were extremely rude and mocked my fiance when he was trying to figure out where the shortage was coming from. They then called the cops and had my mother removed from the facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR WOODROW MARTIN HANSEN. They are horrible people and think they can take advantage of people. It all makes sense why Josh stated “I feel like you guys are a good fit for this place”…..but sadly for him we are not so naive.

If I could write a negative star I would , I lived at one of the properties, if your electricity goes off trust they won’t answer the phone to get an electrician (even thou it’s their responsibility) oh you have ants because they have disgusting over flowing trash in there parking lots well that’s too bad they aren’t gunna help ! Oh don’t forget ! If homeless people come on to the property to smoke and leave needles and pee on your stairs Haskell DEFINITELY DOES NOT CARE , save yourself the headache just rent from literally anyone else
