My husband and I started looking into moving out to LA QUINTA back in 2022. I reached out to James as he was the agent for a property we wanted to see. In making the appointment I shared that we really wanted to look at new developments which he also quickly lined up. After a Saturday filled with 8 viewings, for work related reasons, we decided to hold off. James was very understanding and did not in any way pressure us to move forward. In January of 2024 we decided once again to begin our search. He quickly reacted and lined up appointments. The following weekend we opened escrow and moved in March 2024. I reached out again to James beginning 2025 to assist us in selling a condo in Palm Springs. We listed by the end of March and closed on September 4th!!
