Joe Kim is the agent over our neighboring property. This property has been littered and squatted in to the point of causing infestations and drug dealing homeless people causing chronic issues in the area. I reached out to joe Kim and even helped by getting the narcotics department to help investigate to get the homeless drug dealers out. After it was abandoned I asked Joe Kim to ask the landowners to possibly have it cleaned up. He refuses to contact them to ask - a free service done by the city sanitation- and is blatantly disrespectful. Im pursuing legal action against not only the landowner but Joe Kim as well. I have made him aware that I would be reviewing him due to the nature of dealing with him.
