Lili helped us with the purchase of our home and we could not recommend her more. We previously had somewhat negative experiences with realtors but Lili really showed us the value of a great realtor. We moved from out of state and the day after we arrived she was ready to show us a number of properties that met our described needs. Then she took our likes and dislikes into consideration when suggesting our next round of properties to tour. Any properties we suggested she was eager to get us in for a showing and was suggesting properties throughout the process. Her level of professionalism was excellent, every property we saw she did her homework gathering all pertinent information prior to touring and anything we noticed during the showing she was quick to request the info from the sellers agent. She has a deep understanding of what could be potential issues with properties and we highly valued that feedback. We were going through selling our previous home in another state and Lili even jumped on trying to solve issues with that sale and gave us great advice. Once we were under contract she made it clear that she was there to protect us, not just make sure the deal got done. Eternally grateful to Lili and will definitely work with her again!

Lili was absolutely amazing. From arranging the staging, the showing and even with helping find tradesmen to assist fixing those few remaining things. The people she works with are creative and they turned our home into something I didn’t realize it could be! Communication was excellent and timely and even after the sale, she assisted in a matter or two. She’s THE realtor you want to represent you. Lili was available when I called and text and kept checking in with me throughout negotiations, escrow, closing and into the days/weeks after handing over the keys. My father passed away shortly before closing and escrow, and Lili was very empathetic and even sent a lovely flower bouquet to my father's memorial service! Upon handing over the keys, she gave lovely and generous house warming gifts, which she didn't have to give. She also helped me with setting up and scheduling vendors for some upgrades to my unit. What I perceived to be a very difficult process, Lili facilitated things so that purchasing my property was smooth and easy.
