As a seller, I couldn't have asked for a better overall real estate experience. Neda's knowledge of the North County Coastal market is impressive. Once I agreed to work with her she put together a property appraisal that really was right on the money (accidental pun). It was accurate and realistic, not too high, not too low. Priced to sell. Also the ability to call or text her and have direct, next to immediate, access is so valuable. For example, even when I called for the very first time, just looking around at possible realtors, to have Neda answer the phone was a real wow factor. I was almost sold right then and there. If you want a guardian to guide you through the process, look no further. I'm sure you'll be happy.

Neda & Haleh are without a doubt the best team in the San Diego real estate business. It’s white glove service from start to end. They are so knowledgeable with neighborhoods, fine print on contracts, and everything in between.
