My husband and I recently purchased a house with the help of Judy and Jan. We are so thankful we had both ladies with their experience and knowledge of real estate. Jan was my realtor for the purchase of a house, first planned to be in Sierra Madre, but eventually she helped me buy one in Pasadena. She showed me many, many great homes in Sierra Madre, the area that she knows in exquisite detail, and sadly, those that I loved got into bidding wars, and prices soon exceeded my reach. When one came up in Pasadena that I liked, she guided me through the purchase quickly and easily. So I got my new house, I can see the mountains, all thanks to the expertise of Jan and great team! My daughter had just graduated from Grad school and was ready to settle down and buy her first home. The year was 2020 and I was unable to help, but Jan and Katie became big part of our lives and helped her and her fiance find the perfect starter home in Altadena. In 2023 I was beginning to truly understand the aging process and thought it might be better for me if I lived closer to family, and good medical care. Luckily we found a vacant lot just around the corner! We were so excited and called Jan to help us with the purchase. We were ready to build our 2-Gen house. Unfortunately, the purchase of the lot came with the 1958 house next door. Jan handled all of the ups and down like a pro and went above and beyond to by managing the remodel of the old house for me, since I live out of town. I don't know what I would have done without her!! Ultimately, she sold that house and now we are planning to build a house and ADU on the lot next door, which was always our ultimate goal. Jan's professionalism and dedication to us is superior to anything I have ever encountered in the real estate realm. Thank you Jan!
