We love “the shores” and have relied on Coro shores company for years to help us find the right condo for our stays. They find us our condo, have everything in place for us and assist if any issues arrive. I highly recommend their services DSW

This was our 4th year of renting through Coronado Shores and it will be our last. Every year we stay for the month of January. Each year the units have been dirty and we had to clean first before we could enjoy the area. This year the unit was extremely dirty. So we filled out the "needs attention requests" and we heard nothing. So we called and got the carpets cleaned. But the painters tape or the tile and on the drawers remained. Then after we arrived home 2 days later we realized that my wife left 4 sweaters in the dresser. 2 cashmere and 2 cable knit. No one found them. The only people that went into the unit were the housekeepers, Kayla form Coronado Shores Co and the new renters. No sweaters to be found.

We have rented with Coronado Shores Co during January & February since 2017. The leasing agents (Tazzie & Bryanna) gave us excellent support as we looked at options each year. We have had the same unit some years, but also change occasionally depending on our needs. Coronado Shores Co has an excellent maintenance team that responds quickly to repair any accidental damage you may cause to the unit. The Coronado Shores Co owner and leasing agents are very good at satisfying renters’ and owners’ needs. They are reasonable and fair in all their dealings. Now about the units. All the units we have stayed in met or exceeded our expectations for our price point. The location is wonderful with picturesque vistas of the Pacific Ocean and or Coronado bay. The beach is expansive, well protected and maintained. Restaurants are plentiful, with some real delights like Little Frenchie’s. If you are considering an extended stay in Coronado, would like good value, and trustworthy agents, I highly recommend the Coronado Shores Co. We will be returning in 2024.
