Karen is a gem! She patiently worked with us for months, showing us MANY homes, until we figured out what we wanted and helped us get it. We were new the area and she was instrumental in educating us on the different neighborhoods and helping us hone in on where we wanted to live. But what really set her apart from other realtors we've worked with are her understanding of the market, and her offer writing and negotiation skills. I highly recommend her - 5 stars!

I highly recommend Karen and her team! We had a short 21 day escrow, and numerous inspection issues that required renegotiation of the price with the seller. Karen did a fabulous job of guiding us through home buying process. In the end she was able to get us the house we wanted at a price that allowed us to afford repairs. Karen was always available to answer questions and her knowledge & contacts proved indispensable.
