My husband and I are so incredibly grateful we met Jaime by luck at an open house. He was so friendly and helpful, without any pressure; generous in offering to send us other listings and suggest next steps for us, while also listening to what we were looking for and respecting our timeline and priorities. The long-story-short is that we’ve been in our beautiful new home for almost three months now, we couldn’t be happier, and Jaime was there for us every step of the way. From looking at finances and getting pre-approved for a loan, to touring houses with us and recommending questions to ask, to handholding us through the offer, counter-offer, escrow, inspection, and closing, we were so glad to have both his expertise and also his kindness. He was always a text-message away, very responsive, and stayed on top of all the moving parts that frequently felt overwhelming; we knew we could trust him, and always felt like we were in good hands. Even after move-in day, he checked in and helped connect us with vendors for the next homeowner-projects we want to take on. Buying a house was maybe the most intense and intimidating adult-life-milestone I’ve ever been through, we were talking and texting with Jaime almost every day for months, and I have nothing but glowing things to say about how caring and supportive and knowledgeable he was through such an exciting, but stressful process. I feel so fortunate that we found him and confident that you will be in good hands with him as your realtor.

Jaime is very knowledgeable, professional, attentive and kind. He helped sell my home and helped me purchase a new home, the process was seamless as Jaime was there every step of the way guiding and supporting. He was always a phone call away and overall the team he worked with were exceptional and made the selling and purchase process less stressful. I will definitely consider Jaime during my future selling/purchase.

Jamie is absolutely amazing! His positivity, patience, and thoroughness got us into our dream house and we couldn’t be happier. He goes out of his way to make the process as enjoyable as possible.
