I rented from Frank for a 1 year lease. I broke the lease early and had to pay the contractual breaking fee but he worked very hard to find a tenant to take over the lease with no gaps in vacancy so I was not left paying out the remainder of the lease. The place was a condo and was not professionally cleaned when i moved in due to the timing of my move in but, as promised, Frank and team were very fair and reasonable upon my move out. I received 100% of my deposit back. For maintenance during tenancy, Frank and team were responsive and easy to work with. The places he rents are owned homes and condo's, so do not expect a brand new apartment. What you can expect is a small team of dedicated property management professionals who communicate and provide a high level of service to tenants. Definitely the easiest and most transparent property management group I have ever worked with. :)

I am delighted to write this testimonial. Having a new job in another city with higher cost of living than San Diego left our family with many major and emotional decisions to work through. Should we sell or rent our place out, should we wait before listing, what price to list, etc. We interviewed Frank and on the first meeting itself, he sat with us for hours to discuss every aspect of the journey should we list our house. Trustworthy, Honest, and Easy to Work with. Based on a friend's recommendation, we reached out to Rashid Realty to assist us in renting our home in San Diego.
