We just sold our condo in West Hollywood and our experience with Brandon was incredibly positive! For the majority of people, their home is their biggest investment and when it comes time to sell, you want to work with someone that takes it as seriously as you do. Brandon was that person from start to finish. To begin with, he prepared detailed comps to support the asking price he recommended. We were skeptical as other units in our building had not achieved the price he was recommending. We trusted him and within a week, we had an offer at our asking price which we accepted. The housing market was changing quickly with rising interest rates and the buyers were slow with meeting several deadlines which made us nervous however Brandon professionally worked through it with the buyer's Agent and communicated with us regularly so we felt like we knew where we were in the process at all times. We bought a house out of state and had to rely on Brandon to be the one to get our sale over the finish line. He handled all of the details personally - he was at all of the open houses, showings and even went over to our place to water plants so they didn't die! Unlike other Agents that may delegate certain aspects of the sale to other junior team members., Brandon was actively involved from start to finish and a true professional.
