I first met Richard several years ago when trying to find a place to rent. It was such a positive experience, I knew he would be the best realtor to help me find my first home and he did not disappoint. Richard really takes the time to listen to your needs and the things you're looking for in helping you find a place that is right for you. He was always quick to respond to emails/texts and was flexible in adjusting to my schedule, if needed. He also made sure to follow up quickly to obtain information from sellers and, once I found my home, he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process (and even assisted with a few minor things after the sale went through). I would highly recommend him not only for his professionalism and expertise, but also for his friendliness, compassion, patience and understanding. Buying a home, especially for the first time, was a stressful experience, but Richard was a calming presence throughout the entire process.
