I had to find a listing agent to take care of and sell my home before I moved to another state. I picked team Z and Zandra from the web with no prior experience with the company or Zandra. After a couple of meetings with Zandra, I decided to go with her out of 3 companies I was evaluating. I gave her the keys to my home and left for another state 2 days later. I wasn't certain at all whether she would perform any better than the other companies since I only met her 2 times. I am happy to report that Zandra provided excellent service and that she went beyond my expectations to take care of my home and market my home for sale. We had to deal with a difficult buyer that dropped out of escrow but she was able to attract another buyer and the process went very smoothly. It's difficult to put your faith in a person you don't know very well to handle one of your largest financial transaction in your life.
