Michael Moore helped me sell a house in West LA. He was highly recommended by a neighbor in that area. In this process he was unbelievably helpful. He had an acute awareness of the market in that area, especially one where conditions were changing rapidly. He also had excellent strategies for selling the house. He worked and participated in every step of the process including helping clear out the stuff in the house, advising me about what needed to be done to prepare the house to be put on the market, and finding people to do all this work. I can’t imagine anyone else being as helpful and as patient as he was. Besides all his work and help, the most satisfying part of the process was working with Michael Moore. He is a remarkably straight-forward, clear headed, tolerant, patient, and honest person. I began the process very wary of realtors and of the pitfalls of selling a house.
