I can’t say enough great things about Marisa! She sold me this home when I was the buyer and gained such great rapport that I used her realty services again when I needed to sell it. Marisa was VERY patient with me the first time around. I looked for just the right home for about a year prior to her finding me exactly what I needed. 4 bedrooms, in my price range, close to the schools so my kids could walk, and brand new so I wouldn’t have to fix things because I’m not handy as a single mom. My daughters and I loved our new home and made it our own for over 7 years. In that time, Marisa was not only my realtor but a friend. She and her family hosted the exchange student I received from Belgium when she needed a second family for a well rounded exchange experience. We kept in touch and lived just blocks away. For the sale of this house, Marisa worked! I was using it as an Airbnb at the end and she had only about 5 days total in between guest stays to show the house. It sold quickly! I never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions, and I felt like she really understood the gravity of my decision. She is very supportive and understanding. Her social media presence helps community members know her and love her. She gets involved with and supports local businesses and teachers. She’s not only a wonderful realtor but a wonderful asset to the community and someone I now consider a friend and resource. Thank you, Marisa, for all you do.
