We inquired about a home listed by Sascha Gamel (seller’s agent) and he was extremely rude. This is a competitive real estate market and rudeness is not a winning strategy for a realtor. I would not list or buy with Sascha Gamel.

Exceeded expectations. Kurt, Felicia and their team helped us sell our Carmel Valley (92130) house in June/July 2022. They provided us with solid advice on how to prepare our house for sale, suggested great vendors to work with, had a phenomenal photographer to show our house, and used logical and effective sales & marketing strategies to help with the sale.
