I would absolutely recommend Jing to anyone looking to buy a property in the SF Bay Area! My wife and I were first time home buyers and could not have asked for a better agent. She will go extremely out of her way to make the buying process as easy as possible for the buyer and ALWAYS keeps your best interests in mind. She is so responsive, weekday weekend, day or night. During the process, it never felt like Jing was pressuring us to buy - she always gave us honest feedback. She also is extremely well connected - we ended up working with her recommendation for loan agent, contractor, insurance, etc. and they've all been superb as well. You are in great hands with Jing. We will be reaching back out to her when we purchase our second home :)

She is very proactive and truly cares about her clients. When we had to let go of a prospect, she reassured us that we would find something better. Sure enough, the next week she arranged an exclusive tour of a new development that we had our eyes on - we were very lucky to get in early because she had a connection to the sales office. Jing helped us find our dream home in just a few short months. She also recommended our lender, who has also been one of the best people we have ever worked with. Many of my friends also recently purchased properties in San Francisco and our experience with Jing has topped them all. Jing goes the extra mile to really understand her buyers' needs and works extremely hard to negotiate on their behalf and ensure that the process is as stress-free and smooth as possible. In a market like San Francisco, it makes a world of difference to have a broker like Jing on your side who understands the nuances of the market and is willing to go to bat for you (and also has the negotiation skills to back it up!). On a personal level, we feel so honored to have gotten to know Jing and develop a friendship. Her ambition and drive are some of her best qualities and extend beyond real estate. Jing is extremely goal-oriented and constantly focused on self development and I have no doubt that she will continue to succeed in anything she sets her mind on. My only fear is that she will get too good at something else and we will have to find another broker for our next home purchase!!
