I am greatly pleased with my experience with Sandy and Tom. This wasn’t the first time I sold a property but it was the first time I sold a Trust property. This was my parents’ house of 56 years and both had passed away. I needed to appease the other beneficiaries. Not only did I have the turmoil of cleaning out 56 years of stuff but I was also letting go of my childhood home.
