We were looking to make an all cash purchase on a property before it hit the market. Initially we were working with the sellers agent, but we felt he was not really looking out for any of our interests as the buyer. We decided to call Anthony as we had worked with him as our buying agent previously when purchasing our condo and had a great experience. I'm pleased to say our experience this time around was similarly good. Anthony jumped in right away and began discussions with the selling agent and before we knew it we had a verbal acceptance of our offer before it was placed on the market as we were trying to avoid a bidding war for the property which is in a very coveted area. We had a very short 21 day escrow and Anthony made sure he was on top of all forms and due dates for documents and wire transfers. He never left things until the last minute and we felt he was very focused on our deal throughout escrow making the whole buying process less stressful than I had anticipated. We successfully closed escrow three days ago and working with Anthony was a breeze each step of the way. He made us feel like we were a priority to him and always made time for us, even traveling well out of his way to meet with us at our home on several occasions.
