My fiancé and I found Rupi during the summer because we were interested in buying our first home together. We found a few houses through Zillow that we were interested in touring and called the number provided on Zillow. To our luck, we were placed with Rupi! It was our first time looking for homes together, so we were not familiar with the process. However, right away his outgoing personality made us feel more comfortable and at ease. He was professional and answered many questions on the first home tour. Afterward, we ended up scheduling more home tours with him because he made us feel taken care of. His experience is apparent from day one. Rupi was the man for the job because of his innate ability to read what we wanted, form a strategy to get the house we wanted and be in contact with us the whole way through. Rupi would reply to all our text messages, emails, and phone calls quickly. Something that also makes him a great real estate agent is that he would make us laugh throughout the process and it honestly made the home buying process a wonderful experience. Rupi got us our dream home in our dream location! I would rate Rupi as a top Real Estate Agent. We will highly recommend him to our family, friends, and anyone else interested in buying their dream home.

Rupi is a great realtor. He is patient, knowledgeable and always available. I have to admit, i was very anxious with my house purchase and had a lots of questions and concerns. Rupi patiently handled all of my concerns. He is also very resourceful. He was kind enough to match me with a wonderful lender who made the process of mortgage approval very smooth. Rupi had also recommended a very good contractor for my new home so I actually got lot more services than you would expect from a realtor along with sincere intentions and drive to work for you. He was flexible and accommodated the times for showings and other formalities according to my schedule. I would highly recommend him. You wont be disappointed.

Rupi was Heaven sent. We saw a home on a Sunday night by passing by, we got a hold of Rupi for the first time and he got us in to see the house the next day! He’s 100% responsive. Every question we had or any phone call we made, he would respond back quickly. He not only helped us get our new home but he also sold our home in just 4 days! We were in our new home and out of our old home within 30 days. I would most definitely recommend Rupi. He’s professional, kind, great sense of humor, he responds back quickly and he works very hard to make sure his clients are happy!
