Would I do anything differently? Maybe, I would pay for an inspection of the home and learn more of the structural changes that had developed over the years and directed more of the work to address those issues and less on the cosmetic upgrades, but that is only because we had a motivated buyer who was keen to make an offer before the renovations were finished. Either way, what was one of the most difficult periods of my life was brought to an end in no small part due to the expertise and attention to detail of Scott and his team: for that I will always be grateful.
