This developer chooses neighborhoods to purchase multiple homes in and has such a bad reputation in Bird Rock ( La Jolla) that he has not put his sign up on the project fencing nor have any of his identifiable trucks ever shown up in over one year. He has never introduced himself to neighbors of his MANSION project!!!! The poor residents on either side of his project have lost complete privacy, the 40’ width lot has taken up neatly the entire lot, has a basement and underground garage and a very large roof deck with no regard to ruining the quality of life for the neighbors. Ben Ryan is very disliked in the community for building huge proportions to lot size and for the lack of quality craftsmanship.
