Pasadena, Los Angeles
This is an unsolicited review. I interviewed a large number of top agents for my architecturally significant home, and Aaron Stel immediately stood out. Aaron is smart, strategic, confident, and knows the market. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just give me a number and a sales pitch—he took the time to explain how pricing, marketing, buyer psychology, and negotiation all work together to maximize a seller’s return. He has a strong marketing presence, understands how to create momentum around a listing, and isn’t afraid to have the tough conversations necessary to get a deal across the finish line. His confidence comes from experience, and it shows. Throughout the process, Aaron was very responsive, professional, and willing to share his knowledge. I came away feeling that he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in helping his clients succeed. If you’re looking for a realtor who is smart, strategic, hardworking, and willing to advocate for your best interests, I would absolutely recommend Aaron.
We highly recommend working with Aaron to sell your home. We met with other agents before choosing him, and by that point we had a good idea of what our priorities were — it quickly became clear he would be the best fit. He is kind, confident, and very knowledgeable about the Inland Empire. He gave us the freedom to make our own decisions while always providing clear advice and information based on his expertise. Aaron helped us prioritize which areas of the house would be most worth repairing or sprucing up, and he’s built a trustworthy, cost-effective group of contractors, which took a lot of time and stress off our plates. He was also really attentive to prospective buyers and stayed in frequent communication with the buyer’s agent, which gave us confidence the sale would go through without a hitch. He even wowed us by getting an above-asking-price offer despite a tough market. We’re so grateful to Aaron for making the sale of our home smooth and quick.
Aaron Stel was referred to me by a mutual friend. He was immediately tuned in to our wants and needs and was prepared with a detailed proposal showing the strengths and weaknesses of the property and included a suggested asking price with market research to back it up. He offered advice when asked and accepted specific requests when made. He offered resources to address all modifications/repairs. He communicated well and remained in the know at all times through the process. Bottom line is that the home sold in 4 days at $40k over his suggested asking price which raised the comps in that area. That did not happen by accident but he made it look easy.
