Christina was so easy to work with during my buying experience. Buying and / or selling can be quite stressful but she knows how to take care of business by constantly communicating every aspect along the way. When clarification is needed from the other party, she's very prompt and follows through as quickly as possible. I met her at an open house as I was looking for a home in Dos Vientos. I was so pleased with her, I'm now listing my own home for sale with her. I've already spread the word with my friends in case they need a very professional and hardworking realtor. I'm sure I'll continue to work with her in the future.

When we first decided to sell our home of almost 18 years and move out of state, I did not hesitate.... The ONLY person I contacted was Christina! I have been lucky enough to know Christina for many years and have worked with her previously. Knowing her work ethic, her incredible drive and her absolutely unrelenting uplifting enthusiasm made the decision to hire her was, and will always be, a complete no-brainer! And she did not disappoint!! (Not that I expected any less!) We did absolutely everything that was requested of us, as I had no doubt she knows her business and knows what needs to be done in order to get the outcome that we wanted. And we did!! We sold our home in just about two (2) months' time (which was even under the "standard" at the time of our sale). Christina never failed to follow up with her fellow agents when they inquired, never hesitated to host Open Houses in order to get our house seen, and even had to deal with an agent who was not exactly the nicest (nor the easiest to work with) and she did it with a smile on her face and professionalism in her voice. There is so much more to working with Christina than I can iterate here. Just know ... if you hire CHRISTINA HENTELEFF, you will not be disappointed nor will you regret your decision! She "knows her stuff" and will take care of you in the process!!

Christina is absolutely the best! We were in a very difficult situation living in an uninhabitable rental that was making us sick, and we suddenly had to find a new home very quickly. Christina stepped in and helped us secure and move into a new rental in less than a week. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she genuinely cares about her clients and truly wants the best for them. She made what was an extremely stressful situation so much easier for us. I would recommend Christina to anyone without hesitation!
