STEVE IS THE MAN!!! Really didn’t know where to begin at the start of our home search and Mr. Lucal was available to help us right away. His direction with connection to other valuable resources (including lending and home inspection) led to us finding the perfect home and closing in a little over 3 weeks. He is very personable, prompt and professional. He is also highly responsive and had a natural ability to navigate the process- he helped us submit the most compelling offer to really cut through the competition and ultimately get accepted by the buyer. Steve is an absolute dream to work with. You could not ask for a more kind, patient, and professional person to be your real estate agent. He truly went above and beyond in helping our family clear out our parents' house, and get it on the market as soon as possible. He communicated everything that needed to happen in order to sell the house, but also what to expect next. All without being pushy or condescending, which for me personally, was very important. He asked how we wanted things handled as they came up, and offered suggestions on how best to get it done. And he made sure my family and I were comfortable with everything that needed to be accomplished along the way. Not only did he use his many considerable resources to help us clear out our parents' house, (no small feat!) more importantly, he used these resources and did an absolutely wonderful job of making sure it was seen, and marketed in such a way for maximum exposure, to as many buyers as possible. I cannot tell you how relieved and happy I am to have gotten to work with Steve Lucal, and hopefully will get to again. Steve assisted us with the sale of our first home and the purchase of our forever home. He advocated for us and was able to secure a better deal for us. Further, we had a commercial property involved and 1031 exchanges, which made everything very time sensitive and stressful. He eased everyone’s worries!
