I trusted Scott and Nicole for a big purchase, even by South California standards, that required experienced agents and they didn’t disappoint. From the beginning, Scott was an amazing ally that impressed me with his knowledge of the local market and his connections. As we toured houses, he highlighted the pros and cons of each neighborhood, often on a street-by-street level, and pointed out the critical “details” that are easy to overlook while caught in the moment: the orientation of a house in relationship to sunlight by the season, the noise level to expect during rush hours, the quality of the craftmanship from the perspective of a professional or the ranking of local schools. Scott is a bottomless pit of real estate knowledge, no matter the topic, and he knows San Diego only like someone who grew up here and deeply loves the area could. I learned a lot just by touring with him and even more importantly, I knew he had my back the whole time. We searched for more than 6 months and it’s hard to do justice to Scott’s support and persistence. He didn’t just monitor the market or got us into off-market houses before other buyers, he brainstormed ideas for remodels, explained permitting timelines and candidly provided his opinion, always keeping our wishes at the center of his thought process, and without ever being pushy about a sale. As a buyer’s agent, Scott clearly only cared about finding the right house for us, not getting his commission sooner and often encouraged us to walk away from a bad deal or to keep on searching to make sure the house we eventually got would check all our boxes. It was literally like having a friend by our side the whole time. Once we found “the one”, Scott went even further into overdrive, helped with the negotiations, and really smoothed the interactions with the listing agents before recommending local companies for inspection and supporting the entire closing process. I am truly grateful for Scott’s support in a way that is hard to capture in any online review. Real estate transactions are some of the biggest life-changing events for all of us, and I can’t imagine facing one ever again without Scott and his team.

Scott did an outstanding job with pricing our house and helping us to prepare the house for marketing. Scott is very friendly and well-known by the local neighborhood. Everyone we spoke with highly recommended him as a realtor. This knowledge was great guiding us through each step of the process we were kept up-to-date on a regular basis checking in to see if we had questions or concerns his hard work made this so easy for us. We highly recommend using Scott for any of your real estate needs. His knowledge of working with trust sales was great help with our situation. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is honest and trustworthy person.

We were in need of selling our remodeled home in North PB quickly. I knew, when I first met Scott and Nicole that they could get the job done. Scott has deep roots in Pacific Beach, which was a great selling point. It was a stressful time and they were able to put us at ease and provided clear expectations and a plan. They gave us options on how to proceed with fixing up a few items and staging without anything coming direct out of pocket. Scott and Nicole must have a huge network, because we received offers on the house within the first couple of days after having just one broker open house, including a full price offer! They guided us on how to proceed and within the next few days we accepted an offer and went into escrow. As escrow was close to be complete, our unprecedented times hit with COVID19, schools shut down and the deal fell thru the next day. We got that call from Scott and he told us he has additional interests in the house and would get back to us. Within a couple of hours, we had 2 more offers, including an OVER asking price offer. We accepted next day, went into escrow, closed without any complications (at least from my point of view!). I’m sure there was quite a bit of back and forth going on, but we were kept out of it unless necessary. It was the calming, confidence and negotiation skills of Scott and Nicole that kept everything moving and most importantly, the stress level down. We were extremely grateful and appreciative that during these times, we were able to sell. Definitely a success and I would highly recommend Scott and Nicole.
