Karen was wonderful to work with! She helped us find and purchase our dream home, and made the whole process feel easy. A particularly incredible thing given the state of the housing market! She is an excellent communicator and was always available with helpful advice, anticipating our questions before we had them, and patiently explaining every step of the process. Karen is an amazing Realtor. Not only does she take the time to understand her client’s needs and desires, she also has an incredible grasp of financial options to make sure the illusive dream home she somehow locates for her clients also is a great investment. When representing the sellers I’ve referred to her she pulls together a variety of marketing tools in order to present the property in a beautiful way. Karen builds and maintains relationships nationwide and the benefit is that she has a plethora of people and services to call upon. Karen sets the standard for knowledge, service and negotiating skills.

My husband and I have worked with Karen twice now. She sold us our first home then 5 years later when we were ready to purchase our “forever home”, she made the process so easy for us. We would only trust Karen, as her ethical approach to home buying and selling gives us the reassurance that she’s always had our backs. Beyond seamlessly selling our previous home (which sold in 4 days on the market) and purchasing our new home, she’s been there for us to help facilitate support from the builder and contractors to fix a few things covered under the home warranty. Another huge bonus is the attorney and mortgage lender she’s connected us with. They’ve been absolutely wonderful and easy to work with! We love Karen!
