Lillian Diem Thai behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner. We contacted her by phone to inquire about using her services, but she responded in a very impolite and unprofessional way. She shouted at us aggressively over the phone. We feel it is necessary to share this experience so that others can be more cautious. In our opinion, such an attitude does not deserve any positive rating.
