I just want to say thank you to Joe McDermott!! This has been the best experience I could imagine. He worked with my brother and I to help us navigate the realestate ins and outs also helping us stay the course when we were ready to give up in an unpredictable market. We got our unique property sold! Now this chapter is closed and new adventures begins.

Stacey is a phenomenal realtor! She is communicative and makes sure you know what is happening every step of the way. She was available to me at all hours of the day with all my questions being answered thoroughly. While the market was slow at the time we listed my townhome, she did everything in her power to get it sold as quickly as she could. It's hard to find a realtor you trust, that you feel wants the best for you, but I truly feel like she wanted what would benefit me most. Joe is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. I needed to sell my dad’s mobile home and he gave me an honest appraisal, no BS or over-inflated valuation. and it sold in two months. He’s a great communicator and a true professional. Highly recommend!

If it were possible I would give Joe McDermott 20 stars instead of 5. He has gone way up and beyond putting together and finalizing my extremely difficult land sale. Yea !!!!
