Aida Sarkissian, my real estate agent for sales is “A Plus” very skilled, professional and extremely pleasant as a skilled advisor to work with for any lease/purchase/sell transaction. I know her close to 10 years and we (myself and friend) had few transactions with Aida including my recent sell house in Glendale which went great. Aida did so great, as a usual and as I expected, that I did without any hesitation signed a contract for selling my second home back to back which is the best reason of what I say about Aida I do mean it. This is a large business and the only factor is the skill, ease of working, and trust you have to sign a second one with any agent. She walked me through process, had patient to listen to my requirement, never pushed, very quickly came out w/ few recommendations which ALL ended up to be very valid and when I applied her recommendation, did not even took two weeks to rent my house. She was on top of her work, providing me with status update, ALWAYS returning my SMS and calls quickly, never missed to show house to new tenant (few late night). She made and I am sure for second home will make the whole process comfortable, as much as she could. Aids was “”very straight forward” and pleasant to work w/, NO PUSH. ALL SAID, there is nothing but, good about Aida and I do extremely recommend her if you need real estate professional. Again, what is the best proof of being excellent than I go back to back with Aida as my agent? These business transactions and we always go with the best.
