Amanda is awesome!! As a first time buyer, I didn’t know what to expect but she was a great guide through the entire process. Amanda makes time for her clients and answers every text & call quickly. She also pays attention to every detail during while viewing homes, which is so helpful. Something I really loved about Amanda is that she was not afraid to advocate and ask for what we needed as buyers. We found our new home in just a couple of weeks working together. Beyond her professional capabilities, she is also a kind person with integrity which matters to me about who I work with.I would recommend Amanda 100%!

Amanda is a great person to work with, shes so kind, patient, and knows her stuff. Very knowledgable but not only that she also respects our decisions and choices of what we want to do. It took us almost 3 years to actually find our home and amanda was veryy patient and positive throughout our journey. She also wont settle for less, she will strive to ensure we get the best deal and helps a lot during escrow to get extra info or warranty for us. Her communication is on point and if she lags, she tries her best to let you know the reason and tries to get back to you asap. We have known Amanda Vaage for about 30 years. We always knew her to be a hard worker, but to actually have her list and sell our home proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt. She is a hard worker and dedicated to her craft. We were ready to list the house 3 months early because we were not sure how long it would take to sell in this economy. As we stated before, she knows the market and is very savvy when it comes to her craft. Amanda is a total professional and so knowledgeable. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. We did not feel left out or in the dark at any time. She was always available to us for any questions we might have. We could not imagine working with any other realtor.
