China was phenomenal. She was the only agent we met with that we felt confident could get us the price we wanted for the house. The market was extremely soft, tons of inventory, and the comps were coming in much lower than the price we decided to list for. We weren't in any rush and we felt very strongly about our home. It was completely remodeled top to bottom and had a modern flair, unlike the majority of homes in Lake Arrowhead that were in our price range.
