I cannot thank Ernie enough for helping me sell and buy my new home in Tustin recently. It was a 3-way contingency deal where I had to sell my home in order to buy a new home, and the seller for my new home had to sell in order to buy her new place. Even though there were some bumps and complications along the way due to the nature of this situation, Ernie stayed very professional, communicative, and worked hard to make everything to go as smoothly as possible. He was a great advocate for me throughout the whole process, and it was evident that he truly cares for his clients and their needs. What really stood out for me was how his professionalism and work ethic also created such positive relationships with the other realtors and their clients involved. Thank you to Nick and the team at North Seventeen Real Estate for helping us list our condo at the Westlake Villas in Sacramento. My wife and I have been renting our condo out for the past couple of years, but since early last year, we have decided to sell it so we can relocate to one of the historic districts in Orange County. So, I reached out to a couple of friends about a realtor that they trusted, and I was referred to Nick Garcia. At first, we thought we’d put the condo on the market immediately and be over with it. But to make the selling process easier and get the most bang for our buck. Nick advised us to let the tenants finish their lease period, so it could be a more straightforward process for us to sell. Nick was very realistic and knowledgeable about the state of the market and advised my wife and me on minor upgrades to make the property more appealing. Some of the upgrades he recommended were new paint, carpet, tile, baseboards, and other few minor cosmetic fixes to ensure our condo was in tip-top shape. He also suggested getting our property professionally staged. At first, my wife and I were hesitant about doing some of the work and getting the property ready. However, once I saw the beautiful staging and professional photos, my wife and I were blown away. What made matters even better, our home became the fastest-selling condo in the community, and we sold well above the list price! Nick knew the ideal buyer for our property and what would sell fast in this community. We looked at other condos nearby, and he ensured we would stand out from the rest. Overall, Nick was very responsive and patient and did a great job of answering our questions in detail. I’d rate my experience with Nick and the team at North Seventeen Real Estate a 10/10 (or, in this case, 5 stars).

Ernie was really helpful and pointed me in the right direction when I had questions about real estate. He clearly knows the industry and took the time to explain things without making it complicated. Overall, very professional knows exactly what he’s doing wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
