I am not someone who moves every 10 years (just the opposite) so I don’t have a lot of experience with buying and selling houses. Pam has been a tremendously helpful advisor through two processes. After living in my first (and only) purchased house since 1989, I decided to move in 2025. I told Pam and Carol what my requirements were, while remaining close to the community where I had many ties. They started sending me listings that approximated what I was looking for. The house I ultimately purchased was the first one that we actually went to see. I’m not an impulsive person at all, and it did take me two or three days to decide to put in a bid, but this house checked all the boxes. We moved in two months ago, and it is so comfortable for all of us. I thought it would be very hard to leave the house where I had so many memories, but this house felt like “home” from the start. Pam adeptly steered me through all the twists and turns that were required to make the purchase happen and to help us settle in. She has quite a list of dependable people I could call upon to take care of various projects that had to be done before we could move in (painting, some electrical work, hauling away the previous owners’ “stuff”, etc.). Pam is now helping me sell my previous house. She is doing a lot of marketing to get the word out, coordinates with other agents for private showings, and schedules open houses on the weekend. She stays in close touch with me throughout the process. I have confidence in her expertise to bring this selling process to a close, just as she did with my new home purchase.
