Sunny Snider is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. She was professional and responsive to our needs and very good at locating homes that met our criteria. She is knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of buying and selling real estate. We had problems with a property we attempted to buy. We had to back out of the contract due to misrepresentations of the property made by the owner who then tried to keep our earnest money. Sunny did an outstanding job of getting the other realtor and the owner to return our money in a timely manner. We are both very impressed with her knowledge and commitment to her clients. We would highly recommend her for any homebuyer or seller.
