Bobbi provided the most personable and professional experience in helping me find my next rental home! She listened to what I was looking for, keeping all specifications and desired county in mind (in-unit appliances, hardwood floors, pets allowed, garage parking, backyard, etc.) -- as well as my non-negotiable when it comes to finding a new home. She provided new options that were newly available, and never once became impatient with me when there wasn't a desired match! Bobbi's expertise and guidance through the process was what I appreciated most. When a match was found, she guided me from start to finish (the application process, signing the lease agreement, in-person introductions with the landlord, the walk-through finding imperfections to note to ensure safety for deposit, etc). I never utilized a realtor for finding a rental, as I always relied on the limited postings on Zillow (NEVER using Zillow to self-search again!!!). It was the most comfortable, seamless, and stress-free experience I have ever had in finding a new place to call home! I couldn't recommend Bobbi enough, 10/10 THANK YOU!

Bobbi is such a pleasure to work with! She has the nicest demeanor, is super transparent and responsive, and knows Southern California so well! 10/10!

Bobbi has very friendly personality. She is very helpful when asking for help in finding who is the best contact person for the work need to be done. She was my agent to help in renting out my dana point home. It was smooth and successful. Along with that she is very good in advertising homes for rent or for sale. I was glad I was able to meet her and have her in helping out with the renting. Her drone videos of my home at beach was amazing. She is very tedius in all paperwork. bobbi has nothing negative about her. I'm happy to know her and have her support.
