At the start of our manufactured home buying experience, we met an agent with Lily that was extremely unpleasant. HOWEVER, that was the extent of our discontent. We spoke with Shannon who demonstrated a serene, professional, courteous manner with the utmost respect. She put us in contact with Lily directly and this was the BEST experience after that. Lily not only took care of us directly, but she made sure that we were knowledgeable every step of the way. She took the time to show us any and all homes we were interested in and, when we picked one, she held our hands through the entire process until the close of escrow. Where do I start? Lily Pigg was my buying agent when I purchased my home years ago. I told her I didn't have much time to move so I didn't want to be wasting my time looking at a bunch of properties. Lily and Musab took care of arranging for fumigation, Lily helped me sign all documents from beginning to end at my own home(talk about full service). They are relentless and always go the extra mile for their clients. Great service, I did call and they answered right away. Also, I needed to change my appointment and they were on it. Originally I did input a review here about food, I have no idea why that happened. Keep up the good service.
