Joey provided the professional services for the managing of our home as a rental. He utilized other professionals, such as attorney & termite services, to resolve tenant & property maintenance issues. These were done in a cost-effective way. Joey also provided services to sell our home. Though out the rental process & the eventual sale, his experience & professionalism really showed.

There is absolutely no way we could have sold our father's condo without having Joey Ortega on our team. Not only was he able to make all the arrangements for inspections and repairs since we live out of state, but he was also instrumental in dealing with the reverse mortgage company and the multitude of games they played while trying to sabotage the selling and closing of this property. Joey's knowledge of local vendors and resources is unmeasurable. He oversaw all of the details with the HOA Management Company as well as Title and Escrow, and was able to pivot gracefully when things didn't originally go according to plan.
