BEST͏ Realtor in the Market. Both͏ Maria & Vincent, Out did themself again!!! This is the second time I've used them to sell our home and help us find our new home. Maria helped me sell my place for top dollar and found us our dream home, but it wasn't easy due too the seller begin so difficult this time. Maria never once lost her composer and even helped us negotiate with the seller to help us out on closing cost. If we decide to sell again Maria & Vincent will be the only Realtors I ever use. They are truly the best team to work with and One thing I truly like is Maria always answer her phone or returns the call as soon as she can which is something I can always count on.

Exceptional͏ from Start to Finish Maria and her husband Vince are phenomenal realtors who actively listen and really care about getting their clients into their dream homes. They have been in the business for a very long time and know what they're doing. They are very friendly, approachable, and available. I was referred to the Mendozas by a very good family friend. This is my first time buying a home and I explained to them what kind of home I was looking for. From the very beginning they were very responsive in sending me new homes on the market that fit my criteria. One of my criteria was safety and if a home I was eyeing was in a bad area they let me know right away. I appreciated that so much because I wanted to make sure wherever I moved to was in a safe location and they made sure of that. Also, I was super impressed by their availability and prompt feedback. If I wanted to see potential homes on the weekend they were available to show me them and this is super important in the current housing market. Time is of the essence, especially when putting in an offer for a home you want. Once I found a place I loved we acted on it right away and submitted an offer. Maria and Vince worked tirelessly sending me all the documents I needed to sign and going back and forth to the property with me for inspection and then finally handing me my keys :) Maria said they get 100% of their clients into homes and she was right. I am so grateful for the Mendozas. I couldn't have acquired my first home without them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor whether you're a seller or a buyer. Top notch service!
