As a first time homebuyer I had many fears and doubts but Nancy gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. She always stayed in communication with me even with my difficult work schedule as well as during her vacation! Truly truly committed! Nancy was very patient with us, never pushing or pressuring us to take a decision. She always made time to answer our questions. She was well informed about the area. She even provided a basket with snacks and water on the days when we had more viewings. When we finally were ready to make an offer she got us the best deal. The escrow process was difficult because of the lender but she kept good communication with both parties so none of us would get discouraged. When she got the keys to the house she even went to remove the trash and made the house cozier with flowers, balloons, champagne and a big house warming basket. She went the extra mile since the beginning to the very end. She is awesome I absolutely recommend her.
